Over the course of an 8-month contract I spearheaded the development of market-ready, multichannel digital-first copy for Bloomberg's financial products, from strategic framework to final execution.

I collaborated cross-functionally with product and UX teams to ensure cohesive and high-impact asset development, including optimizing social media campaigns and conceptualizing multi-web page relaunches based on audience analytics.

Ask: Develop concise, engaging social media scripts from complex financial modeling instructions, targeting junior analysts with a clear call to action to explore terminal programming.

Insight: Current long-form content underperforms on social platforms like LinkedIn due to low engagement and poor scannability.

Insight: Current captions are lengthy, lack strategic formatting for LinkedIn, and fail to use compelling, candidate-centric language beyond basic job descriptions.

Answer: Craft audience-focused captions that highlight emotional well-being and long-term growth benefits to attract potential candidates, moving beyond the job descriptions to resonate with their career aspirations.

LinkedIn ‘Stay Connected’ Campaign

Ask: Develop net-new social content to increase awareness among existing employees and industry analysts about extended access to the Terminal platform during periods of job transition.

Insight: Recognizing that most companies do not proactively disseminate information about continued platform access to departing employees, our strategy focused on an educational approach to effectively reach these key audiences.

Answer: Design a product education campaign emphasizing the transitional benefits of maintaining industry community connections and continued access to critical resources via The Terminal.
